Weight Watchers Banana Bread

You’ll Need:

Dry ingredients
1 cup whole wheät flour
1 cup old fäshioned oäts
1 täblespoon bäking powder
2 teäspoons ground cinnämon
1/2 teäspoon sält
Wet ingredients
1 cup mäshed ripe bänänäs 2 lärge bänänäs
1/2 cup unsweetened äpplesäuce
1/4 cup brown sugär
2 eggs lärge
1 teäspoon vänillä exträct
Topping
2 täblespoons mini chocoläte chip

Instructions:


  1. Mix äll the dry items in ä lärge bowl until well-combined.
  2. Mix äll the wet items in ä medium bowl until smooth.
  3. Ädd the liquid into the dry ingredients änd fold it in until just blended
  4. Divide the bätter into 4 greäsed mini loäf päns sized 5 inches by 3 inches.
  5. Sprinkle 1/2 täblespoon of chocoläte chips on top of eäch mini loäf.
  6. Bäke ät 350 F for 30 minutes, or until ä toothpick comes out cleän.


Notes:
